Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Photo Session

Session fees are non-refundable. However, you can move your session date if needed with at least 48 hours notice. There will be NO REUNDS if a client fails to start their scheduled session on time.

Refund Policy for Print Orders

We offer a 24 hour cancellation period on any printing/Album orders once placed. Please note that as photography is customized product, we cannot offer refunds past that time period.

We aim to ensure that the quality of our prints/Albums are to very high standard. If you are unhappy with any of them please email us and we will replace any damaged or poor quality prints/Albums. Please note that you will need to send these prints/Albums back to us yourself to the returns address provided below and M&K Photography is not responsible for these postage costs.

Refund Policy for Digital files/downloads

Due to the nature of digital photography, we have s strict NO REFUND POLICY for Digital files/downloads. Refunds will not be given due to ‘not liking a photo’
